Golden Tile Group is a leading ceramic tile producer and distributor in Ukraine with over 30% share of the total Ukrainian production. “Golden Tile” is a vertically integrated group that comprises “Kharkiv Tile Plant” PJSC, “Shakhtobud” Clay Resource Company and “Golden Tile” LLC.

Kharkiv Tile Plant has been the leader in ceramic tile industry for 65 years. Since 2005 the enterprise has started the process of integrated upgrading having launched four new Sacmi monoporoza lines with production capacity of 10 mln m2, two new floor lines with production capacity of 5 mln m2 and one Kemak line for the production of decor elements with annual capacity of 0,5 mln m2. The plant’s facilities allow producing tiles of various nominal sizes. Presently the production capacity of the plant is 15,5 mln m2 of finished goods. After the end of complex modernization of the plant total annual capacity of Kharkiv Tile Plant will reach 25 mln m2.

“Shakhtobud” clay resource company owns Verolubivske white firing clay deposit in Donetsk region. The company performs continuous extraction of 300,000 tons of high quality white clay per year. 50% of the raw material is used by Kharkiv Tile Plant and the remaining 50% is exported to Italy and Spain.

“Golden Tile” LLC is the exclusive distributor of Kharkiv Tile Plant. The company includes 9 distribution centers in Ukraine that cooperate with 1500 wholesale and retail clients. The Enterprise also owns its subsidiary “Golden Tile Vostok” LLC in Russia with two distribution centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Belgorod. “Golden Tile” exports its goods to Russia, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Bulgaria.
